Ordering

Custom Guitar Boutique requires a deposit when an order is placed for custom instruments by one of our builders. The deposit varies depending on the builder; as do the wait times.

Deposits are non-refundable for cancelled orders and may not be used as store credit.

We encourage you to contact us regarding wait times.

Trial Periods & Returns:

Commissioned Instruments:

All Sales are final on all custom instruments.

All Deposits on Commissioned instruments are Final. 

Non-Commissioned Instruments:

All Non-Commissioned instruments (ready to ship or pre-owned) will be given a trial period of 3-5 days. If you are not satisfied, simply notify us and return the instrument in the same condition for a full refund. Shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Refunds will be given in the same payment form received.

Payment:

You may pay for your order by Master Card, Visa, or American Express credit card through PAY-PAL and/or other accepted methods such as: *Money Order and *Personal/Company Check

Shipping:

Shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser; unless advertised as “Free Shipping” Custom Guitar Boutique ships everything with insurance for the final value sale of the instrument.

 

*Checks and Money Orders as forms of payments must be approved by customguitarboutique.com prior to sale. customguitarboutique.com has the right to refuse these forms of payments if fraudulent activity is suspected. Items will not ship until checks clear.
